Race participants and spectators may park in lots A, B, and C under I-395. To enter these lots, cars must enter Ohio Dr via East Basin Dr on the far side of the Jefferson memorial. The officers at the intersection of Ohio Dr and East Basin Dr will direct cars towards the lots. However, between 7:50am and 9:30am no cars will be allowed in or out of these lots; drivers must wait until 9:30am when Ohio Dr reopens.
Alternatively, there may be street parking north of Constitution Avenue NW between 18th - 23rd Streets NW. From here, the Start/Finish line is a short walk south on 23rd street just past the Lincoln Memorial.
Or, there is a modest parking lot bordering the Tidal Basin off of Maine Ave SW near the intersection of Maine Ave SW and Independence Ave SW. From here, the Start/Finish line is a short walk on Independence Ave towards the Lincoln Memorial.
Or, look for side street parking south of Independence Ave SW between 14th - 12th Streets NW. From here, the Start/Finish line is a short walk on Independence Ave towards the Lincoln Memorial.
Or, please consider having a friend drop you off at Independence Ave SW & Ohio Dr SW before the run, and then ride Metro home. The closest metro stop to the event site is Foggy Bottom/GWU on the orange and blue lines. The stop is located at 23rd & H Streets NW.
Please note, there is no parking on Ohio Drive in West Potomac Park in the vicinity of the Start/Finish line. There is also no parking along Independence Avenue at any time.
